Please note that all our one of a kind custom jewelry is made with natural stones may have slight size, color, and texture variations from the photographed sample. This difference should be expected when ordering these pieces. Most items ship within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to change our pricing at anytime.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery of your shipment along with the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are wishing to return a purchase, please report within five days from delivery info@stonesandsterlingjewelry.com for a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without an Authorization Number). You are responsible for shipping cost and it is recommended that you insure the piece with your shipper.
We cannot accept returns of opened items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
We will repair all jewelry that has been handled with normal wear and tear for a nominal fee plus shipping costs. Example: Restringing $20 plus shipping.
Please follow these return procedures:
1. Seal up the original packaging with one copy of the invoice inside.
2. Please return via the carrier of your choice with the return signature required. UPS or parcel post is recommended. (Do not leave the package at your mailbox or outside for your mail carrier).
3. For your protection, it is recommended you insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
4. Send the tracking number and shipper information for your return package to info@stonesandsterlingjewelry.com
